Unframed Bearded Dragon art print, created from artwork hand-drawn in watercolour pencils by myself in August 2017. A small bearded dragon lizard pet portrait and my first reptile drawing.

Bearded Dragon is the common name of the Pogona genus of reptiles containing eight lizard species. The name, Bearded Dragon, actually refers to the underside of the throat, the beard, which turns black when the lizard is stressed.

Watercolour pencils are special water soluble colouring pencils. With these I can literally paint with pencils, blending the vibrancy of a painting with the intricacy of fine pencil lines.
